FAQ

Add items to your bag:

1. Ensure you are on the website ecolightindia.com.
2. Browse the categories across the top navigation bar which includes New Arrivals, Wall lights, Pendants, Downlights, LED strips, Spot lights, Outdoor lights & Garden lights.
3. Once you have found an item to purchase, select your preferred colour, size (if applicable) and the quantity you wish to purchase then simply click ‘ADD TO CART’.
4. You can then continue shopping or click ‘CHECKOUT’ to review the items in your bag and to finalise your order.

Proceed to purchasing items:

1. Once you have finished browsing and have added the items you wish to purchase to your bag, click
   the ‘CHECKOUT’ button located at the top right of the website.
2. Within the checkout you can also amend the quantity selected for each item or delete unwanted
   by simply clicking the ‘EDIT’ button that is located on the right hand side within the Order Overview
   section of the checkout. Your amendments will be updated and allow you to proceed with the
   checkout process.

Payment process:

1. Choose the payment mode from available options. We do have payments thru UPI, Google-Pay and PayTM by scanning QR code provided on the checkout page itself.
2. Credit card/Debit card payment option also available. 
3. Take care to provide correct email address/phone number during the purchase process as we will have to contact you before despatch of materials .
4. Detailed invoice with all the product and payment information will be sent to you thru email.

We have two mode of despatch : 1) Normal Parcel service and 2) Express Courier. The first one is cheaper and would usually take 2 to 5 working days and the express service expect to deliver in 2 to 3 days time. 

Shipping charges are also included in the purchase bill depending on the mode of delivery you choose during the purchase process. 

Damages if any has to be reported at the earliest, preferably within 24hours of taking the delivery.
