All products at ecolight comes with a warranty, some of them for 1-year and others for 2-years. Warranty information will be usually indicated on the purchase invoice itself. In cases of any faulty item, it has to be brought/sent-back to our shop during working hours. We will take care of repair/replacement of respective part or spare of the light and correct it for normal use. Usually it will take only a few minutes to fix/repair a light, but depending on the queue and depending on availability of technician, it may take upto 2 days. In case of non-availability of spares, customer will intimated about the lead-time required for fixing the respective item. 

Usually led bulbs, tube, panel lights, down-lights are all covered with 2-years and decorative lights with 1-year warranty.
